Meet Executive Chef Jason Perry
At the helm of Fuel Kitchen is Executive Chef Jason Perry, a culinary craftsman with over a decade of experience in professional kitchens. Chef Jason’s background includes leadership roles in private country club dining and with the nationally recognized Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. Specializing in farm-to-table cuisine, Chef Jason brings a passion for quality and detail to every dish, blending locally sourced ingredients with refined technique to deliver elevated takes on Southern comfort food.
