Our Story

Fuel Kitchen is a brand new restaurant located at Atlanta Motorsports Park, offering a unique dining experience for racing enthusiasts and food lovers alike. With a focus on locally sourced ingredients, Fuel Kitchen serves up a menu of fresh, flavorful dishes that are sure to satisfy. Hand rolled beef and pork meatballs slow roasted in our sweet thai chili sauce

Jumbo shrimp marinated in 3 rangers urgent fury and asian blend of spices then wrapped in a wonton and lightly fried

Fresh baby spinach and marinated artichoke hearts mixed with 3 cheeses and house blend spice mix

Jasmine rice and smoked gouda cheese rolled into a ball and coated with panko then lightly fried

Tres bruschetta bites

Toasted baguette points topped with 3 different toppings: traditional pomodoro salsa, fresh ricotta with local honey, white truffle oil, brie and tangy tomato jam

Lightly roasted baby bella mushroom caps stuffed with lump crab meat, house creole seasonings, and topped with remoulade sauce.

Shredded chicken breast mixed with 3 cheeses, sour cream, buffalo sauce, and house blended seasonings
