With recent changes to AMP’s insurance policy, we will now be requiring a notarized Minor Waiver for anyone under 18 years of age that is traveling to AMP without their parent or legal guardian. We will also require all legal adults to present a valid ID when entering the property.
The Minor Waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian and notarized. If you need help finding a notary, we have one onsite at Discovery Parts, or you can check with your local bank or UPS Store.
Any minor without a parent/legal guardian present or a notarized and signed waiver will not be permitted on property.
