Meet The Chef

At the heart of Fuel Kitchen is Executive Chef, Jason Perry. With over a decade of experience in professional kitchens, Jason’s background includes leadership roles in private club dining and time with the nationally recognized Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. 

Chef Jason specializes in farm-to-table cuisine, blending locally sourced ingredients with refined technique to deliver elevated takes on Southern comfort food. His approach to menu development focuses on bold flavor, seasonal variety, and quality execution, creating a chef-driven dining experience for racers, families, and guests of Atlanta Motorsports Park.

At Fuel Kitchen, Jason leads a team committed to fresh, handcrafted meals that reflect both the energy of motorsports and the heart of southern hospitality.

TRACK-TESTED FAVORITES

Our burgers are fresh, never frozen, and hand-pressed daily. We cook everything using beef tallow and clarified butter absolutely no seed oils so you get maximum flavor with minimal junk. 

Our chicken is locally sourced, free of hormones and additives, marinated overnight, hand-breaded, and cooked to order.
