The First Phases of Construction Fully Sold at Atlanta Motorsports Park

Phases one and two of the condo development at Atlanta Motorsports Park are now fully sold out, with only six condos remaining in the construction’s third phase.

The project – due to complete in just a few weeks – is the first of its kind in Georgia and is the only condo development in the state that allows automotive enthusiasts direct access to the track as well as the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the racing experience.

The condos range in size from 640 to 1,450 sq. ft available as well as the option to add a second floor and double the square footage. Other high-end features include 1-hour rated firewalls, CCTV security cameras, gigabit internet access, and oversized garage doors to showcase your car collection. Amenities also include a resort-style pool and hot tub, fitness center, conference center, putting green, and outdoor kitchen.

Trackside real estate is a high-growth market with similar developments taking place at tracks around the country. The condo development at Atlanta Motorsports Park offers auto enthusiasts the chance to live and breathe motorsports while sharing their passion for driving with a like-minded community. The properties can also be used for investment, vehicle storage, remote office space, and even Airbnb or Vrbo listings.

AMP was founded in 2013 and is home to an F1-style car track and a kart track that has the most elevation change of any kart track in the world. The skidpad and paddock space make AMP the best training facility to take your racecraft to the next level regardless of your age.

AMP CEO Jeremy Porter expressed his eagerness to see owners move in shortly saying, “I’m excited to see our condo owners move in over the next few weeks as we approach our tenth anniversary next year and a new era as we continue to evolve and create a truly unique motorsports experience.
