Atlanta Motorsports Park is accepting winter clothing donations through the end of December. Members and guests can bring in items including coats, sweaters, hats and gloves for children, teens and adults to AMP’s front office. New items for children and teens will be donated to Kare for Kids, a Dawson County non-profit that provides children from low-income families with clothing, shoes, eye glasses and other necessities. Adult and gently used items will be donated to Bethel United Methodist who will distribute them to residents in need. Over 50 pieces of clothing have already been donated by AMP members and staff this month.
